Let's figure out on how to verify your payment methods at Onedun! We will provide you with an examples for all the possible payment methonds.
Requirements for the document:
- Provide us with a photo, screenshot or scan of your document;
- On document is visible First and Last name, address and date of issue;
- Be sure that everything is visible, nothing is edited;
- Most of documents should be not older than 3 months;
What documents we accept to confirm your payment?
Document should be clear and must meet 2 requirements:
- Proove that this payment method belongs to you;
- Show a confirmation of at least one payment made with this payment method at Onedun.
Basically, you will need to upload statement / photo or transaction screenshot: where can be seen the date, transaction amount, your First and Last name!
Here is the list of what should be seen on your confirmation with different payment methods, just check yours:
- Crypto: please write us an email to support@onedun.com with the following text: "XXX (the number of your crypto address) belongs to me, and I take full responsibility for withdrawal to this crypto address.";
- Credit / Debit card: First and Last name, name of bank, expiration date, first 6 and last 4 digits;
- Jeton: Screenshot of your Jeton e-wallet account so that full name and ID/email are visible;
- PayOp: Photo / screenshot online - PayOp wallet (so that the name and email address are visible);
- Bank Transfer (Volt, Noda, Revolut, etc.): A screenshot of the actual transaction / a photo of the receipt, where the deposit date, deposit amount, and user's last name and first name will be visible.
- eZeeWallet: Screenshot of the Ezeewallet account profile, where the full name and ID/email will be seen;
- AstroPay: Confirmation of deposit astropay XXX EUR XXXX-XX-XX where you will see: date of deposit, amount of deposit and full name. Also, a screenshot of the wallet so that the full name and ID/mail address are visible, it is better to take the screenshot from the PC version of the site so that all the necessary data is clearly visible.
How to upload a document?
- Log in to your account;
- Choose "Account" menu on the side bar;
- Go to "Profile" section;
- Click on "Verification"
- Upload the documents to the required section;
