Answers for the most common questions regarding the verification (KYC) process at Onedun.

When do I need to verify my account?

We reccomend to verify your Onedun account as early as possible. However, you can register and play at Onedun without verification requirements. 

❗️NOTE: Verification / KYC process is mandatory before first withdrawal request.

By verifying a user's identity before first withdrawal, we can confirm that the player is of legal gambling age, prevent fraud, and ensure that the funds are going to the rightful account holder.

How long account verification takes?

In case you uploaded all the documents correctly, your account will be verified within 1 hour. However, in some cases verification process may take a bit more time but no longer than 24 hours.

How to verify account?
  1. Log in to your account;
  2. Choose "Account" menu on the side bar;
  3. Go to "Profile" section;
  4. Click on "Verification"
  5. Upload the documents to the required sections;

What documents I need to verify my account? 
  1. Identity (ID, passport or driving license);
  2. Proof of address (bank statement, utility bill, etc.)
  3. Payment methods used (photo or a screenshot of a deposit made with each unique payment method used at Onedun);
  4. Selfie (requested in rare cases: Photo on front camera of your phone with you holding your ID and piece of paper with a following text: "Hello, Onedun: current date")
KYC documents refused / Issues with verification:

In case some or all your documents were refused by our team, please make sure that you followed all the requirements of the documents. When your document is refused / account not verified, you will get an e-mail from our team with the description of what was wrong and what to do in order to pass the verification process.
