What is the wager / rollover for the Cashback bonus?
Cashback bonus comes with the x3 wager / rollover requirements only. Max bet while playing out bonus wager requirements is 5 EUR of equivalents in other currencies.
Cashback formula: What amount of Cashback you will get?
Cashback will be counted due to the following formula: (Deposits - Withdrawals - Bonuses - Available Balance) * 10 - 15% depending on your Loyalty Program Level.
For what period Cashback counts?
Cashback counts towards your activity for the previous week from Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC time.

- Did you make new deposits duging the previous week?
It's just in case you didn't make any new deposits during the previous week, cashback bonus is not available since it count a precentage from spending for the calendar week.
- Did you check a Cashback formula?
For example: in case your withdrawn more than deposited for the previous week, cashback bonus is not available.
- Do you have any other active bonuses?
In that case, finish playing out current bonuses and than activate a cashback bonus.
- Is it a Tuesday today?
Please note that the Cashback bonus is only available on Tuesdays (UTC time) and has 3 days to activate and 7 days to carry over bets. If your bonus has expired, it cannot be renewed or credited back to your account.
